Return Policy

Items may be returned new and unused within 30 days of purchase. Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to sending the item. When your return is authorized, we will send the RMA number and a shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Certain returns may incur up to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping cost is never refunded.

Certain returns may only be issued as a store credit (at our discretion). Certain refunds may require a fully executed settlement agreement before payment will be made (at our discretion).

Under no circumstances may another entity authorize a return on our behalf, including but not limited to: dealer, importer or manufacturer of products. No other entity is entitled to direct us to refund a product purchased from us or from another company.

Items purchased from us but billed through one of our dealers must be returned to our dealer. The dealer invoice is included with the shipment in this case. Contact the dealer for details and to arrange the return.

Be patient... Always work with the dealer to solve the problem vs. pursue a return. Most issues with our robots are due to misunderstandings about how the robot works and/or settings. In rare cases a repair may be needed and extra time must be allowed.
