Warranty

Our moving insect products have a one year factory warranty. Warranty replacement instructions are on the package insert, save it for future reference. Since they are Made in the USA, shipment to the factory via the US Postal Service First Class Mail Package service in a padded bubble envelope is low cost and convenient.

Our butterflies are also available in a USB-A version (sold by special order) for powering from a computer, tablet, high-powered USB-A wall adaptor or USB-A battery holder or pack.

The 8-butterfly display special order can have eight different butterfly styles but only one power adaptor for the special price of $159.99 plus shipping; you save $80 or more vs purchasing 8 indvidual butterflies! It is perfect for a wall or window decoration because the butterflies don't fade in direct sunlight. Allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of all special orders.  Special orders must be pre-paid in full, including estimated shipping cost. Special orders may not be returned.

We don't ship internationally, however, it is possible to receive our butterflies when you use a USA freight forwarding address.

Before placing your order, sign-up at an international freight forwarder that allows you to consolidate your USA eCommerce shopping orders from different retailers to one USA shipping address.
