The Ambrogio 4.0 Elite Extra Premium "Standard Cut" robot is the feature-rich robotic mower for large 3/4-1 acre lots.  It mows up to 37,674 sq ft (0.85 acre) of grass, not including the house, driveway, etc. If your lot is 1 acre or more, take a look at the Ambrogio 4.0 Elite Premium or Ambrogio L250 Elite S+!  4.0 Elite Premium and L250i Elite S+ are identical in features except for the star blade that is very close to the robot's edge and a "retro" look!

The Ambrogio 4.0 Elite Extra Premium "Standard Cut" robot has a motorized 6-cutter blade that can be set from 0.8"-2.6". Too low? Purchase an optional 25cm flat reversible 4-edge blade ("star"), but... the mowing height changes to 1.3"-2.4" ("Standard Cut" model) and must be fixed at 3.2" for the "High Cut" model. Raising the star blade too high causes the blade to interfere with the chassis.

The most unique feature of Ambrogio NEXT Line 4.0 robots is its jointed body that allows the robot to conform to the shape of the ground. The joint is between the deck and the drive wheels. It tilts side-to-side, preventing scalping of the grass on uneven terrain.

**All Ambrogio robots have a two year battery warranty if the robot is not left to sit for 5 months uncharged. Charge fully when taken out of service, charge at least once over the winter to keep the battery in top condition.
